Need24 Digital Marketing Agency ("Need24", "we", "our", or "us") operates need24.in and provides a HelpDesk CRM + Digital Marketing platform for vendor agencies in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services, including our integration with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) platforms.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Name, email address, phone number, business name (at registration)
Payment details (processed by secure third-party gateways; we do not store card numbers)
Client/customer data you add to your CRM

1.2 Information From Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) Platforms

When you connect your Meta Business Account to Need24, we receive and process the following data with your explicit consent:

Profile data: User ID, name, email (via public_profile and email permissions)
Business assets: Business Manager IDs, Ad Account IDs, Facebook Page IDs (via business_management)
Page data: Page name, metadata, engagement metrics (via pages_manage_metadata, pages_read_engagement)
Ad data: Campaign details, performance metrics, spend (via ads_management, ads_read)
Leads: Name, email, phone, and custom fields from Facebook Lead Ads (via leads_retrieval)
WhatsApp Business API: Phone numbers, message templates, conversation metadata (via whatsapp_business_management, whatsapp_business_messaging)
Access tokens: Encrypted and stored securely; used only for authorized API calls

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Need24 service
To connect your Meta Business assets and enable automation (ad management, lead capture, WhatsApp messaging)
To display analytics and reports in your dashboard
To send you operational notifications (not marketing, unless opted in)
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Data Storage and Security

Location: All data is stored on secure servers in India (Hostinger VPS, Mumbai datacenter)
Encryption: Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256; all data in transit uses TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS)
Access control: Only authorized Need24 personnel have access, governed by role-based permissions
Retention: Facebook/Meta data is retained only as long as your connection is active. On disconnect, tokens are revoked and deleted within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We share data only in these limited cases:

With Meta when making authorized Graph API calls on your behalf
With your own agency's sub-users (as part of multi-vendor CRM functionality)
With hosting provider (Hostinger) under a data processing agreement
When required by law (court order, government request)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of your data
Correct: Update inaccurate information
Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data
Disconnect: Remove Meta integration anytime from your dashboard
Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

6. Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you remove Need24 from your Facebook account (via Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites), Meta will automatically notify us to delete your data. Our Data Deletion Callback URL is:

Upon receiving a deletion request from Meta, we permanently delete all Facebook-related data within 30 days and provide a confirmation URL where you can verify the status.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication (Laravel session) and do not use third-party marketing trackers on our platform. We may use Meta Pixel for our own website analytics (separately from your data).

8. Children's Privacy

Need24 is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Compliance with Meta Platform Policies

Need24 complies with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and specific product terms including:
