User Data Deletion

Aap apna data Need24 se kabhi bhi delete kar sakte ho. Niche diye 4 tareeko me se koi bhi choose karo — sab ek hi din me processed ho jate hain.

i Kya Delete Hoga?

Jab aap data deletion request karte ho, hum permanently 30 days ke andar ye sab erase karte hain:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, business details)
  • Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp connection tokens (encrypted access tokens)
  • Connected Meta Business assets ki metadata (Ad Account IDs, Page IDs, WABA IDs)
  • Lead data, CRM contacts, conversation history
  • Campaign analytics aur reports
  • Login sessions aur audit logs
⚠️ Note: Payment records aur invoices Indian tax law (GST) ke compliance ke liye 7 years tak retain karne padte hain — ye legal requirement he.

  1. Login to need24.in/login
  2. Top-right corner → Profile icon → Settings
  3. "Account & Privacy" tab kholo
  4. "Delete My Account & Data" button click karo
  5. Confirm karne ke liye password enter karo
  6. Confirmation email mile ga — aap ka data 24 hours me delete process me chala jayega

3 Facebook / Meta se Disconnect (Auto-trigger)

Steps:

  1. Facebook open karo → Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. "Apps and Websites" section me jao
  3. "Need24" dhundo
  4. "Remove" button click karo

Facebook automatically Need24 ko notify karega aur hum aap ka Meta-related data 30 days ke andar delete kar denge.
