Welcome to Need24 Digital Marketing Agency. By accessing or using our platform at need24.in, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Need24 is a multi-vendor HelpDesk CRM + Digital Marketing platform for agencies in India. We enable:

• Facebook & Instagram ad management
• WhatsApp Business API messaging
• Lead capture from Meta Lead Ads
• Client management, billing, task tracking

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts
• You must have a valid business registration (GST, firm registration, etc.)
• Your use must comply with Meta Platform Terms and all applicable laws

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. Facebook/Meta Integration

By connecting your Meta Business account to Need24:

• You grant Need24 permission to access and manage your Meta assets (pages, ad accounts, etc.) for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
• You agree to comply with Meta Platform Terms and all Meta product policies
• You can disconnect at any time via the dashboard
• Need24 acts as your authorized agent for Meta API calls

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or misleading advertising
• Violate Meta's Advertising Policies or Community Standards
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) via WhatsApp or other channels

6. Payment and Subscription

• Subscription fees are billed monthly/annually as per your chosen plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days' notice
• Meta advertising spend is billed separately by Meta directly to your ad account

7. Intellectual Property

• Need24 platform, code, design, and trademarks are our property
• You retain ownership of your data and content
• You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide the service

8. Disclaimers

• Need24 is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee ad performance, lead quality, or business results
• Meta API availability and policies are beyond our control
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Need24's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account anytime from the dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy (within 30 days)

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Disputes shall be resolved in courts of [Your City], India (exclusive jurisdiction)
• We encourage resolving issues via support@need24.in first

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via email or dashboard notice 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
